  Kirk Richards was our realtor of choice when we purchased our home in Lawrencetown. Before we found this property, we viewed numerous houses from Berwick to Bridgetown and Kirk, with his infinite knowledge of real estate, was able to steer us towards properties that suited our particular taste. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient and knew all the ins and outs when it comes to buying and selling properties. He made the paperwork transition seem like a breeze and made good suggestions when it came time to make an offer and look for a house inspector. All in all, my wife and I would highly recommend Kirk Richards as a competent realtor in the Annapolis Valley.

  What can I say about Kirk Richards & his expertise. I met with Kirk on Jan. 8, 2018 to start with putting my mother's home up for sale. By Wednesday the 17th we had the house listed. On Jan. 18th we accepted an offer and the new owners took possession on Feb. 1st. 2018.
